Jim Beach is an award-winning entrepreneur, bestselling author, and the host of the SBA Media Award-winning School for Startups Radio, where he has interviewed thousands of entrepreneurs about what it really takes to succeed in business.
Throughout his entrepreneurial career, Jim built companies, launched ventures, and helped founders turn ideas into successful businesses. But like many entrepreneurs, he experienced a common challenge: trying to do everything himself.
Emails, scheduling, research, marketing tasks, administrative work, and countless small responsibilities began to consume more and more of his time. The workload made it difficult to focus on the strategic work that actually grows a business.
